The room was cozy and stylish, with comfy beds and a balcony, a small kitchen, and even a laptop 💻. It was located right in the heart of everything, close to grocery stores for convenience.

Close to downtown, the hotel has a family atmosphere. Room was very large and confortable.

A very nice Guesthouse in a perfect location! As the name says it the Casa Heinrich is a Guesthouse (not really a hotel). So don't expect restaurants, breakfast, 24 hour reception... But expect friendliness, cosiness, charm, a cooking facility in your room, walking distance to the city center. The hotel location is perfect - 3 tram stops form the central station! The rooms are quite small but newly renovated, clean, nicely equipped, having fridge and cooking facilities... I stayed there due to business for one night (in a single room) and liked it very much!

Please be aware that the reception is not occupied 24h so you need to plan your check-in. I had some issues with the key which was solved quite fast. Luckily after reading an other review where the same thing happened I tried it directly after check-in and the problem could be solved directly.

No air condition + loud street in front of the window. Either it was hot or loud when the windows were opened. Other rooms might be more quiet.

The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from Zurich. We also went to city centre, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The room was well-maintained and nicely decorated, with its own bathroom and all the necessary amenities.

Attitude of staff. Helpful but with pronounced arrogance.

Nothing is best, all worst. No changing bed covers, towels etc everyday. Poor response from front desk. Door keys not working properly etc etc. I'll not recommend to anyone.

I got comfy room with cutlery and a queen bed and a different movie as advertised. The breakfast with jam.

The room was clean

Our room was at 4 floor. The building did not have elevator. When we arrive no body was at the reception, so was very difficult to go inside. Was not possible to go outside and have dinner. Is not a hotel is a house without any service. The price is high vs. Service.
